Unfortunately due to an underlying medical condition I fainted a couple times in the hotel lobby during the IGM afters, and the staff were nothing but brilliant, not only did they help my friends and make sure i was okay but they allowed us to sit in their break room, got me a juice with glucose and even cooked me a pizza to eat free of charge to help me regain some strength. They also then helped me and my friends back to our room and were genuinely lovely. It was really really appreciated, and although i unfortunately can not remember the specific staff members that helped, all the staff i interacted with in general were very, very lovely. The hotel itself is also great and has lovely rooms!

A good clean spacious bedroom on the 6th floor, comfortable bed, good hot shower although it could do with a better head. Food was very good.

Everything it was exceptionally clean the staff were polite and very helpful 👌. Everything was convenient. I ❤️ your FAIRY Garden. I am looking forward to returning soon. The Deals are excellent 👌 myself and my daughter just fancied a wee break. My husband seen a great deal and booked for us. We had a meal today and yesterday the food was Michelan 🌟 quality.

I loved everything. The room was great. The staff was amazing. Friendly and very helpful. It was my first time in Ireland, and they helped answer all of my questions. Thank you for an amazing trip!

I had an injury on this trip and the hotel was able to direct us to a nearby hospital and extended our stay until we we able to make arrangements to fly home. It was very much appreciated
